Sembrando Resistencia: Los Jardines de Loisaida
As part of our Liberation Summer programming, **'Sembrando Resistencia' celebrated Loisaida's Puerto Rican community gardens **over three days in August. The event featured discussions with community leaders, archival footage, Oral Mapping workshops, a panel discussion, walking tours of the gardens, and a screening of "Viva Loisaida!" along with live music at the historic Plaza Cultural Garden, honoring the cultural spaces reclaimed through grassroots action.
