Liberation Summer: BronxArtSpace Opening Ft. Rah Digga & Ana Tijoux

Our Liberation Summer program launched in the South Bronx with an electrifying celebration of Hip-Hop's 50-year legacy. The night was headlined by icons Rah Digga, Ana Tijoux, Hordatoj, and DJ KayKay47, who brought the house down with their dynamic performances. Fans and newcomers alike grooved to the foundational beats and rhymes that have defined a movement. Complementing the music, a thought-provoking exhibition showcased the parallels between the revolutionary struggles from Chile to the Bronx. The powerful art and photography by Fabio Puentes, Folil Pueller, Pepe Duran, Maximo Colón, Gabriel Hernández Solano, Virginia Ayress, and Rebel Diaz offered a visual narrative of resistance and resilience, connecting past and present. It was a night where culture, history, and community converged to kick off an unforgettable summer.
