Gabriel, a designer, organizer, and photovideographer in New York City, recently joined The Action Lab NY as Design, Media & Communications Associate. He also currently teaches at Fordham University and is the co-founder of Bronx-based design and media collective Bloque. He was previously a Senior Designer at MASS Design Group, focusing on impactful projects in healthcare, housing, indigenous communities, food justice, and against mass incarceration. Gabriel contributed to Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez's 2018 campaign and the Green New Deal, including a public assembly at the Queens Museum. Before MASS, he spent five years at Bjarke Ingels Group and holds a Master of Architecture from the University of Calgary. Gabriel resides in the South Bronx.
