Benjamin Ross is a passionate educator, facilitator, and community builder who believes deeply in the power of relationships to transform lives.

With a background in spiritual leadership, strategic planning, movement building,  and community organizing, he brings a dynamic and accessible approach to leading—whether guiding reflective conversations, leading retreats, or training emerging leaders. Benjamin is especially drawn to the work of cultivating powerful, purpose-driven leadership, and he designs learning experiences that invite vulnerability, courage, and connection.

His work is grounded in a commitment to justice, creativity, and personal growth. He’s known for creating spaces that encourage reflection and authenticity, and for helping people uncover the wisdom and purpose that already lives within them.

When not training or facilitating, you might find him hiking in the woods, listening to podcasts, eating dumplings or hanging out with his two boys.
