On April 10, Small Business United brought business owners, legislators, coalition partners, and neighbors to Jimmy’s Corner in Manhattan. The rally called for commercial rent protections and supported the campaign to keep the longtime bar open.
The coalition supports the Small Business Rent Stabilization Act, which would establish lease renewal rights and a Commercial Rent Guidelines Board for commercial tenants.
