My name is Annika Prager (they/them) and I am a queer non-binary theatre artist born and raised in Oakland, CA. I am a recent alumni of Hunter College where I studied both Theatre and Gender & Sexuality Studies. These days I live and work in Astoria, Queens as a freelance director and producer. As a theatre artist, my work amplifies and centers the voices of queer artists, female artists, and artists of color through theatre that prioritizes mental health, emotional safety, and abundance over productivity, profitability, and a perfect final product. When I am not working, I love cooking vegan meals, volunteering in my community, and creating digital art.
